My beauty bound
Silk shutters
(tied to the ground)
I chose her
The only one.

My beauty sound
She shall keep away my sadness
I shall protect her from my world.
She shudders
I fall down
(sick with envy).

My beauty (round
About she stammers)
Caught in lies
I have been betrayed
I weep-
She never had a choice.

Heart's deceive their masters
Leaving minds to shatter
Eyelids
Begging for better pictures.

Fragile, I am found-
This burden would never be hers
She screams dependency
Backed with invincibility
Only my eyes
Glaze and widen
At the sight of her thorns.

An army of emotion
Would hold themselves
If she but hid herself from me.

My beauty's luscious
And I am withering away
Writhing
In lies.
She gave me a petal
I gave her everything
(I hid her away).

She is crumpling
(how I hate her)
And I am dying
Without her.

I am bound
Not my beauty
I am flooded
And broken
(she has raped me of my thorns).

She never chose me
But I would choose her a thousand times over.

so fantastic.. who is "she", this she who drains you, while you still hold her tight while your hand is stabbed by her thorns that she doesn't shy away.. while you inevitably shed your own thorns.. she screams and you absorb, you bleed, you hate, you envy
