Truth and lies confused as one
Someone needs to break the silence here
How can you exist at all?
Your soul is lost amongst your fear
How can you live your life?
When everything you are is made of lies
Why does it seem that you are so real?
Fighting yourself the evidence is in your eyes
How can you believe in anything sacred?
How can you put trust in yourself?
No emotions are portrayed through your deadpan face
For they are bottled upon a dusty forgotten shelf
Why does it seem you are so free?
When your soul is chained by the anger within
Why do you seem so real to me?
Is it because the real you shines so dim
