translucent fabrications of reality
binding me to the ground.
Reeking of passion with a radiant glow
the scent that ties me down

Breathtaking twilights
from green glowing skies
Wilting away nature's uncertainty
and breaking these forceful ties.

Green valleys of plastic flowers
lit up by ice blue fires
put out by exaggerated lies
to bary unwanted desires

Lined cue cards of apathetical perks
Whispering words of devine norlmacy
waking me up from my dreams of life
living up to approved decency

Silent night fantasies
of running through purple clouds
Gripping tentacles pull
forcing my mania to dirty grounds

A long awaited parchment of your sympathy
breaking the ice of wasted years
dripping blue ink of impassive remarks
sarcastic thoughts of having no more fears

Reaching the end of the soiled dirt road
Circling back to my former being
yet tainted by unavoidable apathy
And former thoughts of fleeing

"Silent night fantasies of running through purple clouds" Wow, liking it very much! Don't take it to heart about your background. I'm sure it was lovely! Though I didn't actually see it. ~Wish Upon A Star

The background made me not want to read. Pity, because it seemed like it might be good.
