If I could, I’d build you a castle
I’d lay the mortar down
I’d form the bricks with my own hands
And use my life as your crown

If I could, love, I’d give you heaven
I’d pull down stars and climb the moon
I’d fight God for your own piece of Eden
I’d go through hell to see you through

If I could, love, I’d give you my wings
I’d give you the world
I’d give you your dreams
I’d do anything to see you happy—
To give more than love,
That insignificant thing!
