Here I sit...
In this chair in Joe's basement
Staring at the TV screen
Most intently
Because I know
You're watching me
My every move observed
Im trying so hard
Not to look your way
That would be losing
This game...
Cat and mouse I call it
You the Cat
I... the itty bitty mouse
You chase... I run
Some call it
*Hard to Get*
Besides you've got
The belly between your legs
Atleast thats what I've chosen to call her
6 months pregnant I figure
-Not yours of course
Should I chance a glance your way?
Okay.. just a little
Wow, you're staring intently
Like... at any moment
I could evaporate
Good thing the belly hasnt noticed
She'd be pretty pissed
I know you know you want me
Hearing the door click upstairs
I know for sure shes gone
I move to the end of your couch
(To get closer to the TV)
Pirates of the Caribbean plays on
The click of swords..
Exchange of words...
I lean back on the pillows
So convenient on the middle cushion
I feel you shift
Your leg up next to me
"That okay there?" you ask
"sure thing" my reply
I sigh... relax... its just his leg
My heart beat quickens
I fear you'll hear it
But I can hear you breathing..
Feel you setting in so slowly...
So closely
From the other couch I hear a giggle
Joe and Liz disappear upstairs
Damnit... now we're alone
(I know that sucks, right?)
I move as if to get up
Your hand on my shoulder..
"You can stay there... the TV is closer"
I settle back in
Your leg moves to the inside
the other on the out
Im surrounded
Your finger runs
along the length of my ear
I gasp..
Suprise or excitement?
Maybe a mix
Your hand runs down my cheek
my head leans into it
finger tips across my lips..
To be continued...
Let me know if you can come up with a title
