Wooden planks beneath my feet
The water rushing quickly below
The rush too much for my body
I stand there, frozen and still
Thinking of you, the edge I toe

Windy, the water flits and flows
I'm ready for my fall
Autumn leaves falling around me
I sigh, damnit, Rochelle, just jump
And cry; I remember it all

Being let on
Enjoying the thrill
Being let down, the pain
Unintentionally driving me insane
Who knew words could kill?

I heard you laughing yesterday
Joking around with your friends
I'll admit im just a little jealous
Who wouldn't be, it's you
This torture, seems it never ends

Thinking of the past, I remember it all
The way that you spoke to me
How you seemed so sad
How you got rid of me then
Said we could never be

The voices in my mind, they tell me
They won't let me back down again
I wish you only knew...
Off this bridge I go...
Just to show you how hard it's been

I've always been thankful for bridges because they let you see the edge but you can step back, the emotion in this flows like the river

Wow so much emotion and the flow was excellent. I love it.
