Lying in a fragile night
warmed by a fantasy glow
the red beaded candle shade
illuminating such subtle motion

skin so pale, inviting
upon red satin sheets
soft focus vaseline lens
raven hair, dark eyes, red lips

long lithe luscious limbs
red nails tipping graceful fingers
caressing delicate breasts
pink nipples pinched red

plump lips parting to
embrace a red-nailed finger
moistened soft flesh reaching
and stroking below

back arching and sliding
drowning red silken sinking
as the pulsing starts to quicken
staining red the white snow

now the candle burns lower
dancing fire in its shelter
singing red for the last time
a fleeting fancy red real
