cut off from
communicating
are newborn branches
you fastened to
Euphorias Elm Emotions
dying slowly
wearing a
Bridal Gown
of time stitched roots
diving in and out
of rejections
geode soil
growing
hollow
pocketed pain
wounded by compassions
crystals until
fate finds pity
for selfish
screams
begging
for mercy to grant
one last meal
to be picked apart
by mistakes
sunken smiles
of a malnutritioned
mistveined
monster
receiving energy
from cellar brewed hate
thirsting
for the sacreligous life
to be quenched
once it drinks down
death flavored gatorade
purchased with tearsenic
bled from hopeless
romanticonsumers
greedily
shopping in bulk
at sins supermarket
of discounted feelings
half-eaten
forbidden fruit
cross-pollenated
with doubts delicacy
sold for souls faith
on pennies of the
lifeless' eyes

The end of this was particularly stunning; I might even suggest you truncate the first half and turn the second into a poem of its own, then perhaps add to it. Great work, Poet, keep up the good writings.
