i would like to
take a moment
to cry

to cry for those
who have cried
for me

or about me

i'm sorry for the ways
i miscounted

my pride and fear
has gotten the
best of me

on more than one
occasion

i will cry for the tears
that have splattered
upon my fading
footprints

getting through to this
abstrusively planted
dreambulating
nocturnal
emotions

massaging

temples floodgates releasing
twisted and torn tears
bleeding in this
flowing river
of choked
back

saltwater taffy feelings

stretching walls wider to retain
maximum occupancy of tears
from all backgrounds

sad
happy
afraid
anxious
hopeful
ripped
timid
joy

and then some

getting through to this
abstrusively planted
dreambulating
nocturnal
emotions

massaging

temples floodgates releasing
twisted and torn tears
bleeding in this
flowing river
of choked
back

saltwater taffy feelings

washing away with
the weather

recycled by the rain

This was a good tribute i think, like sharing pain, like living each others lives and in that way thanking those who have suffered for you...nice :)
