insignificantly
i peer upon myself from
cornered realms on shelves
of unsturdy oak
full of knots rippling
grains and throwing them off
of broken tracks
waiting
patiently
for an accident
as i tread upon
my shadows back
it gets harder
to walk this
beaten path
associated with demons
printing up my will with
a forged consent i am
driven back into the
darkness of this starving
womb kinking itself
to feed the gluttonous
appetite of a
mothers love
gorging
upon everyones
love except for the
love that was being given
unselfishly
it seems that love
had escaped the embryo
of enticing emotions and
splattered on the hospital
floor to be stepped on by all
doctors
nurses
orderlies
patients
visitors
it doesn't really matter
that we've done this to
eachother since the
begining of time
now i'm faced with the
dillema
do i jump???
do i stay???
only time will tell
i'm listening
