I
+--+

I am.

The invisible thread.

Weaving throughout
all which is
and shall be.

An invincible force.

Not a fool
could detest
my power.

...even god trembles
in the wake of my miracle...

I.

The unbeaten path
toward perpetual rot.
without purpose
beginning or end.

The solution to every equation.

Who am I.

II
+--+

I am.

The virulent
aura of blight,
ceaseless lament
and fleeting life.

Eternal.

Infernal.

Nocturnal.

The colour
of things unseen,
devoted bearer
of thy dreams.

Who am I.

+--+
III
+--+

I am,

The ancient phantom,
slowly peeking
behind the shadow.

Smiling always
at the folly of man.

The reverent
helot of gravity,
stretching the sea
over the land.

Who am I.

+--+
IV
+--+

I am.

The name
bathed in
candles flames.

Dancing about
every rhythm
of your heart.

The sought key to
eternal youth
never forgotten
always true.

Who am I.

+--+
V
+--+

I am.

The restless silence
between every
punctuation of
conscienceness.

Your faithful
leaden shadow.

The cross you'd
die to drop,
yet cannot.

Vexation.
Vengeance.
Verdict.

Who am I.

Beautiful and deep indeed. I am glad to have found this piece before making a hap- hazardous comment on your new work, making a concrete guess at what you are trying to describe. At least there are questions, even without their answers... ~T

vulgar questions arise from the depths of these riddles... I am who... am I who... who I am... the sequence with which we speak these words... if there were an eternity these questions would exceed it....... ......... ........
