breath for you)lost moon

   smooth in softness
your breath to me
my mind drifting/dreaming
towers of mountain stone
how high can one man climb;

toss(we)ed, gentle(before the maelstrom
eyes inside)inward,i fly to you
how i see your face over clouds
nature's mirrors, misunderstood
to stand

again the deep reflections we hide
these wrists i open
to pour my blood

rivers/pause

pausing
ever as if only to disappear,
masquerade?
the moon's breath washes
dreams cast from fears;
midnight,all of you
eyes i drift inside
(to subside

a warm tide sometimes carried)
over, the depths of face
and voice, we surrender

to things unseen; yet
always this hand
holds your breath
as tears

even as the flood weighs heavy
i always carry your moon
in my pocket

the conclusion I'm sure has personal meaning between you and purr, but it is divinely romantic without being privy to it. Gorgeous words.

'again the deep reflections we hide these wrists i open to pour my blood rivers/pause' this was unimaginably lingering, and adorably yearning as the line 'yet always this hand holds your breath as tears' inexplicable velvet touch...

like the treasured breath one seeks adjacent to one's soul...such an amorous originality 'even as the flood weighs heavy i always carry your moon in my pocket' the steady tide of fulfillment. beautiful and perpetually written. ~m~
