Encircled am I by disillusionment ever present in my mind
Until time passes, I'm stuck in a continuous day in time
A continuous state of frustration that peals my skin from bone
Over an anatomy that isn't there and will no sooner be dethroned
Enigmatic wizardries bolt and shackle arms and skull
In attempts to lock away clearity from my Delphian ordeal
To pronounce in any form the life my inner selfish leads
Contracts antagonistic thought derived from uniformed disease
I'm not a latin temper or lightly salted rain
But minus salt, I feel the rust lay dorment on the chain
The chain, the events that lead to passage a Sage in melody
Also tend to end struggle's sudden tradgedy
Encircled am I by frozen lip-balm in tail-light alumni
That pry open my blistered hands and feel alive
But they ran, from a neon sign that glowed of sinner's tea
And shunned all burned caskets that came their way by sea
'But Father, I was taught by a propagandist's Bible verse
that spoke of those burning caskets helbound by the hearse,
That our savior can revive even the most smoked out of heart'
well the Bible kept believers and nonbelievers apart
And when I wake I find the ending is not often in site
But as I write, and fall asleep, I continue on this night
