Flight of cardinals from their peril
Rain of ash and fire from the sky
Taking a deep, perminant sunset
Covered with darkened clouds
Blood dripping from tattered wings
Pushed by a strained heart
Letting forth shrieks of banshies
As a miasma leaks from the ground
From a fiery hell
Driving life away-
To a new home

A home beyond the reaches of hellions
Over mountain ranges and valleys
Fields of roses and celosias
Where food is plentiful-
(Miles of arazas)
And a new form of sunset
One of peace,
That begins and ends the day
