(Inspired by "The Madonna of Port Lligat" - Salvador Dali - 1950)

Born of unkindled flame
To grasp a sphere all-knowing,
Unknowing of faith
To lead blindly ahead-
Regaled on stale bread,
While still half empty
Left, book of knowledge
Wisdom and right of passage
Shown gold upon archaic brow
To sulk with an equal
Invariable as my barer of liveliness
Praying to a Father
That has left nothing but emptiness
Insipidity of the white plain

"Invariable as my barer of liveliness" is brilliant, as is the whole in general. A worthy homage indeed to Dali, one of my greatest influences during my art phase, that ended in the knowledge that i couldnt compare :)
