Rising voices, the war begins
Rapid fire, warriors pace
Words like razors pierce the armor
Tears forever stain this place
Forgetting nothing
Such grudges weigh heavy on the heart
The fighters arrogance
Has at last fallen apart
Balances shift
The warrior becomes the captive
There's no hope now
The forces that be are simply too massive

Works as such are always great because the raw honesty comes out! 'Such grudges weigh heavy on the heart' describes this as universal as it is! Great Write!

THis is well done. I like the use of similey and the imagery.
