Silent tears
Stream down her face
Misguided beauty
Once more misplaced
Heavenly gaze
Crayola smile
Stripped away
For the while
Unfailing confidence
Portrayed outside
Insecurity festers
Deep inside
Poets heart
Saddened soul
Perhaps someday
She will be made whole
