It doesn't seem right
To go on without you
The world should have stopped
The very moment you slipped away
It's hard to imagine
How many other people feel the same
Loved ones stolen or carried away
And still they have to face
The pain of a new day
Never knowing
Where their loved one truly lies
Hoping they are with God
Looking down on us from the sky
I guess that would be a comfort
If only I believed it
It doesn't seem fair soemhow
That I still live and breathe
That I am in the world
While you had to leave
I wish I knew that you were at peace
Instead of the cold black wasteland of nothing
Underground
