Whisper in my ear how I fail, how I suck.

Tell me how I’m so useless,
How I don’t ever help
at all

Tell me how the blankets I give
(just to keep you warm)
grow holes, fall apart, and have dirt embedded in their pattern.

Whisper curses at my eyes
as I search inside for a door I can open up.

Spit on my shoes as I try and hold your frozen lifeless hands.

Stab me with you nails that grow with hate,
as I only make situations worse.

Sigh a sigh drenched with annoyance as I approach the concrete bench you lay on.

Detest my every move,
the way I work my feet,
twirl my hair.

Your hatred lurks in my every shadow, creeps into my dreams.
It curses every breath I take
and haunts my every happy thought.

The tears I shed for you
Grow into a puddle right at your feet
And I watch as you stomp,
spraying my pain and suffering everywhere,
carelessly exposing my vulnerability.

there was a repetition of certain words here. and i wasnt the biggest fan of the "spraying pain" but this was pretty good.
