Bedtime storytelling
Dr. Suess
The Foot Book

[left foot, left foot, right foot, right]

her favorite
even at only
just a year old
she knew it
from the many
and she always
requested that one
marching along

[feet in the morning, feet at night]

cozied in lap
grinning and pointing
eager to turn pages
almost too quick
to keep up.

[Now I lay me down to sleep]

Winnie the Pooh
her nighttime companion
covering her
comforting her
keeping her warm
snuggled up.

[Goodnight]

Tuck in the edges
butterfly in cocoon

[sleep tight]

snug as a bug
tickle tummy
issues sweet laughter

[don't let the bed bugs bite]

turn off the light

[sweet dreams]

head peeking
between closing
door

[I love you]

always and forever

[I pray the Lord, my soul to keep]

I cant imagine your world, not for a second, not one single moment...All i can feel is the lonely shattering of a world and all that lies within it...
