I hear her descending
upon me, rolling thunder,
louder the closer she
comes.

The brilliance of lightening
flashing in the distance and
wind whipping my hair around
in wild turbulence as she
comes.

Rain starts to fall, slow at
first, then crashing in cascades
to a sodden earth as the
black clouded sky shows
her fury and quickly she
comes.

The noise is nearly deafening,
humid air is chilly from a strong
wind blowing, trying to conquer
the earth and strongly she
comes.

Then once again the
storm is slow, ceasing
as quickly as she
came.

The wild beauty is
chaotic as she
goes.
