If the last leaf fell from
the last tree left, and
they all stood bare. . .

Would the wind still blow?

If the lakes dried up the whole
world over and the rivers stopped
flowing to the sea. . .

Would the wind still blow?

If the ocean stopped following
the lunar tides and stood still,
refusing to meet the shore. . .

Would the wind still blow?

If no one noticed the crying person by
their side, or the sun and moon in the
sky, and the last person breathing. . .

died. . .

Would the wind still blow?

If the last leaf fell from
the last tree left and
they all stood bare. . .

Would the wind still blow?
