Turn Out The Lights Now

Dont turn out the lights!
Please,if you care
Im afraid of the darkness
Not knowing whats there

It tickles me ugly
Sends chills down my spine
Please find the switch
And then ill be fine

Hurry im shaking!
Im feeling it creep
It scares me so bad
I want it to leave!

So i choose not to move
I cover my head
It slowly moves on
Closer to my bed

I start to scream
But no one can hear
Its silenced me now
And drowned me with fear

The door now opens
And the light flickers on
They ask why im frightened
And what is so wrong?
