It seems to me,
that all you know,
is of this pain,
I often show.

But I wish to offer,
so much more,
beyond the scars,
the blood, and gore.

Just let me open,
up to you,
Show you my life,
Beyond what is true.

Beyond the moon,
up so high,
Beyond the stars,
of those who die.

Beyond my hate,
of all that is light,
Beyond the darkness,
and my love for the night.

Beyond the scars,
that anger has brought,
Beyond the blood,
that I've so often sought.

Beyond the pain,
that you've often seen,
Beyond the lies,
you see what I mean?

I want to show you,
all my good,
I want to show you,
all that I should.

So give me your hands,
and look in my eyes,
Beyond the hate,
and there my love lies..

that sense of longing for the someone who will look past the darkness for the love is precious. never let the hope die... but there is ONLY ONE who can sastify that longing.
