These are the days
That will change all the ways
That you see through the haze
And get out of the maze

These are the years
That cause rivers of tears
And will worsen your fears
Of the end that's so near

This is your life
Full of pain and of strife
Where your dad stabs his wife
With a blunt kitchen knife

This is the place
Where your kids are misplaced
And your letters are laced
With a poison unsafe

This is our world
Where our dead lust will curl
Into one giant swirl
And become a dull pearl

This is our world.
