Am I destine to be alone?

My tears fall
Like an endless rain
As I sit here I wonder
Will the day ever come
When I can hold you
In my arms
And not have to say good bye?
Will I ever get to tell you
I love you with all
My heart and soul?
I sit here waiting for you
Waiting for you to
Come to me
And never look back
At night I try to sleep
Though I can’t
I cry at night because
There’s always something missing
I need to feel your arms
Embracing me, holding me
Its all I need to feel
To be able to sleep
Waiting for you tears me apart
Though I know I have to

Who will ever make me happy
Will I ever have the chance
To make my life complete with you
Or am I destined to spend it alone
