You don’t drown like this

You dance upon the water

Refusing to slip under

You don’t hold on.

You don’t

Surrender.

Where you walk.

I am found.

When you run.

I am found.

You don’t try.

Try to feel it when you

Don’t want to.

Where it hides.

It still shows.

When will you learn about it?

This is a fire that will not decease.

i agree with brenya...there are definitely some meaning in this, perhaps not religious, but exploring interesting ways of adapting such interpretations...-l-

To me, this had some religious undertones. Of course, no one but you should know the meaning, but neverthe less, splendid work. Also, Happy St. Patricks Day!
