Tonight words fail me
I am lost among letters
That hold no meaning
Falling stars get left
Without wishes to guide them
Tumbling aimlessly
Towards a heaven
That never existed
Imploded long before
My soul had eyes
To really see despair
Searching blindly for truth
I only find shadows
Laced with black lies
Hideously sharp and hungry
Drawing quick blood
Before I dream
Myself away
Towards a church pew
Where salvation lies
Within sharp points
Forming damnation
For eternity

I hope the point never comes where you have to turn towards pews. Sweetly written in a citrus way. ~T

Impale me with your bloodied pews... and may eternity be damned by our sacrifice... let the truth be what has not yet become and we are tomorrow's holy dream. your inspiring words evoke the world anew.
