Okay, I am ranting again…yeah…deal with it. Why does everyone feel like everything is their own fault? Why is shame a number one motivator? And where were you taught shame? Shame to me, has always been. I am not worthy. I don’t deserve to be here. I am twisted, cruel, a liar, a drama queen, too needy and the list goes on and on. Like said many times before…”why am I here? Lots of answers but nothing’s clear…forgotten images of what we are…it’s like a twister”…..

Quotes from “Twister” by Saliva….

Yeah goin nowhere with this…only that I am lost and need a friend…a true friend.

I don't know that I really feel shame based on outside influence. About the only time I feel ashamed is when I do something that crosses a line that I've set for myself. I don't let other people guilt trip me.

But I can see on a massive scale shame is, in my opinion, something people invented long, long ago to keep us meek. Fuck all that. Interesting rant. ~Ship!

we could have learned it from society or or home or school or even friends. Shame is one of those things that is amazingly easy to learn and near imposable to unlearn ~hugs~
