Blackness swirls around me
Clouding my vision
Slowly going numb
Never moving
Feeling nothing
Except the electric fingers
Tickling my brain
Driving me insane
Tightly clutching a pillow
To have something in my arms
As I rock back and forth
Time fades away
Reality is lost
And inside I'm being eaten
By parasitic loneliness
Feeding on remnants of a shattered heart
Oceans of choked down tears
Rivulets of crimson from a bleeding soul
And feasting on every ounce of pain
That resides in the deepest parts of me
Thriving on my torment
Taking away my will
My will to resist
My will to cry
To pity myself
Or even try
So I lay unmoving
Unthinking
Broken and bleeding
Slowly dying
Never crying
As I succumb
To this parasitic loneliness
