.Tonight is a strange night
I don’t feel like an adamant object
nor do I feel like a square, or a sphere
what if you're living twenty years from now
while I'm living in your past - right now and here

What are these
these marbles of oil and glass time muscles
that live between us -
against us -
acting as bearings
to what may seem: as the ending of all adjacent - feeling

I'm 10 feet away from you right now
I'm within someone else's conscience -
looking directly at you
never again am I sleeping
I'm everyone, just like you.

We'll pass through the fountains -
spouting upon the sky
the vomiting liquids of our apple
our apple of despair
the chords of our function - work
these are the seeds of our care

Eat -
eat I say
eat my hair
