I haven’t seen the Sun for a while,
As I walked alone – into the mist of night
Under a sky so black, feeling sad,
I still go on forward

The wind has turned into a mournful choir
Echoing far beyond the trees that have drowned
Trying to save every last flower
Resonating notes of things so forlorn
They have to be beautiful

Time has lied about wisdom
Since there are not enough centuries
To acknowledge what is really true

I fall on my knees now,
Surrender to a life I never knew could be
A world of sighs and whispers
Of ancient pain that lingers in the air
Like the sprays of a nearby waterfall
A world always empty,
Where everything that matters comes to be forgotten

I will go into a sleep without dreams,
A journey of unapproachable visions
A thoughtless mind,
Whose last memory would be,
Did I ever get to say goodbye?

the very first verse didnt seems so perfect, but from there it was just pure brilliance as always from you, and the ending just sublime

"So forlorn, they have to be beautiful." this describes your poetry perfectly...So heartwrenching and real that it is beautiful in penultimate sadness...impeccable as always...
