Could I hear you speaking,
In tongues unraveling infinity
Waking mountains of time,
Standing high,
High right next to heaven?
So much for love,
Weeping cancerous notes of silence
Filling voids dying too soon on my hands
Could I live without our eyes meeting again?
Knowing the wind has touched them, somewhere distant,
As the nights seem quieter
Almost like the world wants me to hear you whisper
Whisper how you loved me once
How you will never find,
Someone who will dream forever just like you
I remain lifeless
By those same mountains of time
Hearing but myself cry
Standing high,
High right next to heaven...
