Sharpening My Hatchet, posted by SilentStalker
Author's Note
"Sharpening My Hatchet"

I wrote this while heading to work one day in the service. I was actually trying to come up with a very different type of work, a reflective one, dealing more with nature, and starting with it, and ending with it. Well, I got it to start and end with the same thing in mind, but it definitely was a twisted form of my first intention. Now that I look back on it, I wouldn't have it any other way. :P

I must confess I'm Guilty

I just can't get enough

When non-members get pissy

That they can't read my stuff.

So go ahead and hate me.

Break down and have a fit

If your dumb ass could log in

You wouldn't get this shit!!

Hey, don't use a bench grinder. It'll ruin the temper and the edge won't keep for shit. Use a whetstone; it's slower, but the results are much better :)

I like the 3rd stanza...and you wrapped up the ending perfectly, as that seems to be one of your many trademarks...

*grins* It might not be elegant so to speak, but it's catchy and I agree, it's very dark and twisted. ~Nehmahati Kerosna (Kala)
