"Sing to me your sweetest song, sing to me of Sorrow." by Lydia Jade

Beyond the night that softly hums
its hymms of sweet dismay
whispered to a courting love
whose long since gone away

Embracing still a memory
that temps the night to sing
she drifts the sleepless hours
on softly guilded wings

Her simple heart was fractured
filled with her dulcet dispair
She broke the silence with her song
soft as the stars could bare

come the dawns sweet breaking
the nights lament deminished
faded with the evening star
her tragic song ...was finished

I didnt think so, it seems as though for some of my writes to be read correctly i would have to be the reader. Iv heard so many times that my poems sound best when i read them aloud

well why don't you record yourself on video or voice recorder, post it somewhere, anywhere, and send it to me. I'd love to hear it. ][ ][
