-This poem was inspired by a class discussion and a movie(Bang Bang, You're Dead)-

Didn't we die well for you?

When my scream deliciously ripped through your ear
You saw a look of purely un-questionable fear
Why didn't your body squirm with delight?
Why did you feel everything cross over-from day to night

Didn't we die well for you?

Every bullet you fired, you didn't even react
As it lodged through my head, bang, boom, crack
When the thick red liquid seeped down my face
You couldn't even watch me, or change your place

Didn't I die well for you?

What did we do wrong? You had so many dreams
Nothing went wrong, nothing fell at the seems
You couldn't have made a mistake
It was everyone's life you had to take

Didn't we die well for you?
