Tired of deceit
Tired of the lies
Tired of this heat
Tired of the tries
Tired of wasting
Away in this pit
Tired of tasting
This world full of shit
Tired of receiving
A stare full of nails
Tired of believing
When everything fails
Tired of the words
That don’t say what I mean
Tired of the birds
And the bees in the trees
Tired of the hate
And all that ensues
Tired of fate,
I’m battered & bruised
Tired of finding
Reasons to breathe
Pain is most blinding
In seasons of leaves
Tired of the fade
From autumn to winter
Tired of the jade
I feel in december
Tired of the cold
I sense in their hearts
Tired stories told
No wisdom Imparts
Tired of the birth
Of the earth in the spring
Tired of the girth
of the mirth others sing
Enough of this place
I’m tired of it all
Bound & disgraced
& destined to fall
