paired behind the golden wheat
which framed the form of perfect structure
and torn, by insecurities with fame

humour cast at its greatest spell
brought by potent languid tongues
which marled and mangled in beauty’s array
sparkles its productive words before me

inadequacy rides alongside charm
bundled taut lay ‘neath the skin
the former buried by icey scrolls
which melt from heated alluring tones

and deep within the cephalic mechanism
where practicality meets wit
the traits of him are there established
where his mind sits in

this waters deep, the trenches long
infinity couldn’t grant a thorough exploration
a maze of passages beyond light’s touch
and touches far beyond your reach

a gracious smirk, a simple delight
to send one into arrhythmia
a rush of attention from the master’s gaze
a casual brush by his hand
