Yes, today was indeed a day of learning…

Pondering the newly discovered inequities of our relationship
Heaven’s tears shower me like a thousand wet kisses…

As the lone warrior makes her way home
From her final battle with love
She, I, struck the awareness cove,
like a prospector strikes a vein of gold…

Yet knowledge itself is even more priceless than gold
More valuable than any jewel, any luxury, and even you…

Today I realized…

…Tears I once cried for you…

…are now cried for me…
