NOTE: This begins a short series of answering machine messages that me and my roomates(one of which was whort_diddy) used for the eight or nine months that we lived together. This first one was sung to the melody of Breakfast at Tiffany's, so if you don't know the song then it won't be much fun.

You've reached, our answering machine
We're not home right now
Please leave a message

We'll call, you back when we get home
Just leave your name and number
Right after the beep

And we said sorry that you can't reach us
We'd love to hear the message you'll leave us
And you'll say the things that are on your mind
And we'll call you back when we return

Those calls with the heavy breathing...those weren't me...just thought I'd clear that up.

Needless to say, our messages usually lasted over a full minute, but we frequently got calls from people just wanting to hear it.
