Mental blocks and deadbolt locks
Now its time to wash some socks

Doing things in mundane life
keeps my mind off my strife

Busy hands and busy feet
another day I forgot to eat

Sanity sliping out the door
Trying to heal forgoten sores

Too many changes in my life
I bar the door against more strife

With mental blocks and deadbolt locks
As I calmly wash more socks

amazing it's almost like a person's mantra that has OCD... depressing to an insane degree... great job.

i really like this...maybe it has something to do with my dislike of washing socks and elusive sanity

The couplets here make it almost a song, that the reader can visualize the writer speaking and singing to themselves to keep their sanity. This is incredibly well done. =)
