I'm tired,
of being
what everyone wants
me.to.be.
I've been the fantasy
and the dream

I'm tired.
Spent...
On the floor bleeding,
as you...
just walk on by.

I want to watch as your whole world comes crumbling down.
fragments of what you pretend to be flood
the halls of your bitter heart.
allow me the pleasure of
wrapping my hands around your throat.
Choke up all my dreams you have swallowed.
I have sucked all the sugar from your lemon drops
all that's left is the sour and bitterness.
Kiss me and taste the lingering flavor of your useless words

I could die from all the words you'll
never speak.

plastic dreams and pictures of past decorate my mind.
where were you when my heart failed me?

you disgust me
clinging to my every word
looking to me to save you

I'm on a break

drown in your own fears
time for you to be denied the air you
denided me

fake smiles adorn your once pretty face
[I use to love you]

my words gave you a backbone
[Collaps under your own weight]

I have no words.
None for you.
You mean nothing.

"allow me the pleasure of wrapping my hands around your throat." Raw, intense, in a manic-psychotic disorder sort of way... like smashing pumpkins (& not the band). "I'm smiling politely," Homer. Luv the layering of colours like moods. Very clever!

Was hooked from straight from "On the floor bleeding". I feel like I'm invading your mind and crossing into lands just meant for Drea with your works. So personal and direct, it feels like you hide nothing. It's divine.

..my favorite is the lemon drops stanza..this was a crash-collision of..everything..you..your all..and I'll to hold it to my chest, like I would you and try to make it better..you are divine.

..do you know how much you mean to me? ..how these words carve a new hole in my chest..and they breathe a little light, despite their content (which is beautifully despairing, mind you) because they are yours.
