this rose of eternity
cloaked in black
dripping in crimson red
shall wilt one day
 for one pedal
149 in all

remembrance of the days
we didnt have to count
the night on which it began
the first one doth lay

my eyes egin to blur
for every second it must wilt
the sediments of your absence
embrace my heart in silt
