Misunderstood, unknown pain
my heart yearns for love - love hurts
can't search for it cuz i don't know where to start
My heart deserves more then my looks can get
and this pain chases love off
So many lookers no one who cares

Misunderstood, friendly pain
I don't think they realize
fuck it hurts so bad
The pain is too much for them too
maybe I'll run home and cry
My heart is shattered once more
Nothing is happy when you can't seem to smile

Misunderstood, forgiving pain
These cuts are helpful some days
when the blood drips I'm calm
My heart goes insane, so does my brain
Self inflicted pain, the kind I can look to
it eases the daily despair
It seems everything hurts now
They don't understand

I don't think anyone will understand. I feel this way sometimes. Great write, I almost couldn't finish it cuz It hit too close to how I felt many times. ~Kirsten~
