...oh, i've come to know You
in ways i never knew to know.
and now that i know who You are
i cannot forget You.
now that i've seen what You look like
i cannot close my eyes.
.
.
.
.
don't tell me
You need me
or else You'll have me
holding on to You.
.
.
.
.
it's coming back to me
the warmth i never got heated from.
the peace after my wars.
a kiss between the bars.
and looking up the stars.
everything You are
is all i wanted to my heart.
.
.
.
.
remebering who i am
in your eyes
divine.
when i want to break
You stick it all
apart.
.
.
.
.
the silouettes of the sun
everytime the morning
shines.
we don't get to sleep.
and we forget to wake.
everytime there it comes
the best of days.
.
.
.
.
pressure's tolerable.
minutes bearable.
and You are
You are
b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l.
.
.
.
.
i've felt the way
you smile.
i felt me smiling too.
the way You sang
Your life
was sweet tune to me.
and somehow in You
i do believe
the way i dreamt You
in this december 2003.

I love the way, when I am reading your poems, that time just stops. And then you begin to narrate a dream for me. And most of the time at their end, as with this one, I make a wish that someday someone will feel the same way about me.
