Had abandoned myself
to perish
inside the moments
that carried
the desires
not granted.
Every step I had encouraged
was a step back
from what I really
wanted.
And did you fit in
the movie
I made for us?
Did you kiss
when you meant to?
Did you love
when you least expected to?
I lived through the standards
of the road
of an every-day routine.
Everything at first
fills in a
pleasure-like steam.
Did you like me
when you said you did?
Were you satisfied
from your special needs?
I can only detach
from everything I know...
And change into
some other kind of skin....
I do kiss
when I mean to...
I do love
when I least expect to...
Had fun in pasting
the pieces of me....
and are you as happy
as you're pretending to be?

Ok... You need to tell me how to tap your creativity and wordplay. It definately can be hard to tell the difference between the sincere and the pretenders. It looks like that would leave us with a hopeful thought.
