Vuelve, Tiempo, Vuelve

Come back time...
Return to me what I couldn't take,
the places I wouldn't walk through...
repair the pieces I did brake.
Come back time...
I had denied my heart
as it sang to do the right thing...
I only thought of the price
that pain was to bring.
Come back time...
I was just small and diminished
from the life I chose
and the one i had vanished.
Come back time...
I didn't mean to yell
and refuse to listen to
those who treaded hell.
Come back time...
He was all I ever wanted
and now I can't replace
because he keeps me haunted.
Come back time...
just for a little while
to leave the past behind
carrying on a smile.
Come back time...
I was afraid of you
and now that we have met
I wonder what to do.
