Brittle
Frail
Weakened
Another assault upon the fragile senses
Surely this will be the last
The shriveled patient cocooned in wires
Greedily sucking the needle for strength
Slowly the body gives in to the virus
Darkness swallows all vision
Eyes rendered useless
Hallucinated cataracts glaze dialated pupils
Vines of insanity strangle each thought
Virulent tendrils filling my ears
Blocking all sound
Pitch corruption overtaking all
Shivering beneath a thin veil of cold sweat
Or is it warm???
Most certainly wet
Numb, the skin is numb
Curse this damnable disease!
Paralizing every sense, one at a time
Sweet the succulant scent that suffocates
Rapture's taste erased from the lips
Muffled pleas of mercy fade
There is but one cure for this..
Sickness
This ravenous infection.
This..
Longing
This Love
