Bottled dreams, vicious life
slip between the folds of this
beckon forth the poisoned tongue
lean in for the sealing kiss
Locked within this troubled head
who are you to hold my heart
lashing words, bite at time
broken lips held at part
Why did you crawl inside
a splendored thing is this-
speak not that word! oh despise
"love" is death's last mistress
Dance on wings held up tight
speak unto inconstant moon
for future's growing up again
and behind me, the past does loom
Get out! Get out! Be rid of you
decipher, ruin; out my head
take your prize, my broken heart
i'd rather be empty instead
I wished for you, a Romeo
a tale of woe and love
but to this fantasy story
i'm denied it from above
So begone, you wicked boy
make me fall, oh, fall so hard
and know, pertruding from my chest
love's last hold, a single shard
Left no friendly drop to care
and with this kiss, i'll die
press my lips upon the past
for no Juliet am I.

oh lovely! Romeo and Juliet is a beautiful tale. And you throw it in here so wondrously. It wasn’t forced at all, but flowed beautifully. ~gothic~
