Pieces of my mind fallen away
tragedy moves in, settled on a stay
little scars of memories gone past
my heart is pumping a beat too fast
can't you hear the words, volume undone
spinning in my head, webs of victory won
it's been too long, god, rip it out
cut away the flesh to see what life is about
look into the black heart, icy and old
bite into bloodless veins dripping cold
can't you hear the screaming, sew up my lips
can't you hear the screaming, kissing 'pon tips
cut it out, cut it out, slash this away
take the knive, point it down, teach my arms the play
weave these webs, weave these scars, bleed my voice
turning back, falling back, i no longer have choice
read my thoughts, hear me choke, drown in this hell
fire and sulfer, dripping down this dark well
finger tips, dressed in flames, kiss 'pon my head
naughty girl, wishing scars, always run red
till the day i get away and flee till i've fled
kisses turn to ashy scars, and whispers in my head.
